Pricing FAQ

Annual billing is the standard pricing shown above. Monthly billing is available at a 20% premium (Classroom: $179/mo, Department: $588/mo). Most school districts prefer annual billing to match their budget cycle.
District pricing is custom because district rollouts vary significantly in scope, integration requirements, and support needs. We scope each district engagement individually. Contact us to discuss your district's situation and we'll prepare a proposal within 5 business days.
Yes. You can add classrooms at any point during your subscription. Additional classrooms are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Department tier customers can expand up to 6 classrooms within their plan; above 6 requires upgrading to District tier.
A classroom is a single roster of up to 35 students with one primary teacher. A teacher with 3 class periods of 7th grade math has 3 classrooms. A co-taught classroom with 2 teachers and 30 students counts as 1 classroom.
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-year cancellations. If your school's situation changes mid-year, contact us and we'll work with you. We want schools to feel good about continuing, not locked in.
