How the 8 weeks work

A structured pilot designed for real classrooms

1

Weeks 1–2

Setup and teacher onboarding

Platform setup, Google Classroom or Canvas connection, teacher walkthrough (30 minutes), first assignment created. No technical work required from teachers — we handle setup.

2

Weeks 3–6

Live misconception tracking

Students work Brainpathio-generated problem sets 2-3 times per week. The engine tracks responses, builds misconception profiles, and sends teachers weekly misconception reports every Monday morning.

3

Weeks 7–8

Analysis, debrief, and next steps

End-of-pilot department analysis — a full report on misconception patterns, standards gaps identified, and intervention impact. 60-minute debrief call with our team. Post-pilot pricing options shared.

Pilot FAQ

The pilot is completely free. No credit card, no payment information, no commitment to continue. At the end of the 8 weeks, we'll share post-pilot pricing options, but there's no obligation to convert.
Your school owns the student data. Brainpathio processes it only to provide the service. We do not sell student data. We do not use student data to train external models. All data handling is governed by our DPA, which pilot schools receive before onboarding. We comply with FERPA and Oregon OCPA requirements for student data.
After the 30-minute onboarding call, teachers spend approximately 10–15 minutes per week with Brainpathio: assigning problem sets (5 min) and reviewing the alert feed (5-10 min). The students do the actual problem-solving as part of regular classwork or homework — no extra class time required.
At the end of week 8, you receive your full pilot analysis report. We schedule a 60-minute debrief to walk through findings. If you'd like to continue, we share pricing options for the Classroom or Department tier. If not, platform access ends and you keep your reports. No pressure, no automatic billing.
Yes — pilot schools receive preferred pricing on the Classroom and Department tiers if they choose to convert. We also offer a 30-day grace period after the pilot ends so there's no gap in access while purchasing decisions go through your school's approval process.
